    I'd like to sell one of my websites, that's been making making me ~$115+/month with adsense for quite a while. (It's prob. going to hit $150 for Feb) The website is optimized for high cpc keywords related to free web hosting, and gets around 150-200 unique visitors, and 600-700 page views a day. Traffic is mostly from directories, blogs, and referring sites.

    The site is maintenance-free, which means, you don't do anything, and it still makes you money, i.e passive income. It runs on wordpress, with a high ctr template, and it also has a pagerank of 3, which will help sell links, if you decide to sell links.

    Past 30 Days

    Adsense:
    December 2010
    January 2011
    February (1st-16th)

    The only reason I'm selling this website is because I'm trying to buy a new car, and I need money for a down payment.

    Payment via Paypal. Domain is with Namecheap, and will be transferred to your free namecheap account. I will also send (and if wanted, transfer) the files + database by email.

    What is standard procedure for asking for the web address when it's not disclosed? I imagine it wasn't disclosed for a reason.
