    Earnings - $600-900 a month when promoted.

    I sold this site on sitepoint back in april of 07 for $3,000 (got in a rather nasty wreck and had my right hand in a cast - no fun typing left handed only...)
    The person that bought it from me was not prepared to support it and I now own it again. I don't have the time to support it so I'm selling it again.

    Buyer will recieve email support as well as all the tools and resources necessary to support the site to include keyword research guidance, automatic social bookmarking software, contacts for the writers (GOOD pricing) as well as email advice/support for the first 30 days.

    The site sells article promotion services - this is a hot niche for many webmasters because they have heard of article marketing working well but they don't know how to do it themselves - thats where we come in.

    From January1-Mar30 2007 the total gross sales was just over $4,000
    about 35% of that went to pay the article writers and advertising fee's. (see image below for paypal proof of revenue)

    Traffic Details:

    Since I regained the site a little over a month ago I've not done much with it - I have advertised it on one of the 4 places I advertised it before, made two sales and have a list of about 10 leads for the buyer to follow up on, I just haven't had time to fully promote/support this as well as it needs.

    What's the BIN and also how much does it cost per month to maintain/promote

    How much traffic does it get? proof of traffic?

    and how much time is needed to manage the site daily/weekly.
