    I'm selling a new website I've just developed which is a fan site about Eminem. As it is new it has no traffic or revenue.

    If you've seen any of my other sales over the past few days you'll know what I'm doing - researching and building sites that others can take over and promote - eg

    platinium.co I've not yet included a news section on the website. This would be easy to add in and it would be up to you whether you wanted to manually write news stories so that they were unique or use a news feed to automate the process.
