    I believe you are wrong.

    For example, type: Amsterdam into Google and the third site in the ranking is a .info domain.

    A keyword in any ext. domain has strong benefits. I have had .info sites outrank .com and .net sites in Google so I absolutely see no issue. If you would rather have a .net or .com then you could always transfer all the files onto a new domain.

    A few people asked if the site is using a CMS. No its not, its a good old HTML website, easy to update, make changes etc.

    Will close the auction shortly. BIN reduced for the final time to $60.


    Update: Site sold at BIN via PM. Awaiting payment.
