(almost all website owners work hard and spend thousands of dollars just to
be seen on the first few pages of Google, and the ultimate goal is Page 1.

5. most importantly, constant revenue and nice return of investment in just a short period of time (you don't wait 6 months to one year to see the profits; you spend on adwords, you profit. that is the primary advantage of this business).

If you want to get the maximum out of this you should sell it on flippa. There are hungry wallet bulging thousandaires there. Here you will find the odd person willing to spend $$,$$$ on a site.. Take some time to write it on flippa and prove the earnings/traffic proof.

i keep editing my post because i don't want to post another around the same time on the same thread. i edit them when i thought of something else that must be added, nothing wrong with that, i think.

 

If this is gonna make SO much money, why not keep it for yourself instead of selling it for $X,XXX when you supposedly can make $XX,XXX a month?

 

you're right. i get that question most of the time and i hate to reiterate my answer again and again, that, I have NO money for these kinds of expenses. It would be "silly" of me to forgo this opportunity of earning more $$$$ if i had the money or capital to spend on what it takes to achieve it.

but i can not simply let go of this site as if it's worth little to nothing...

i don't need a buyer with special skills or knowledge...he only needs to have money for the PPC, that's it. He can well take advantage of the site's position on Google, which i assure him could be quickly improved once he runs the ads.

i am willing to sign an agreement to refund your money if you don't recoup the amount in 3-4 months. or to make it simple, we can specify the period at Paypal for your protection. what i mean is you can file a dispute if ever the period elapses and you haven't gotten back the amount you paid for the site through your earnings. that would not be good news for me but if you can show me proof, i will return your money in full, i am expecting big a big amount of money roughly one month and a half from now from a project. of course i don't want my paypal account to be closed. whatever sales you have made from the time you bought the site, is yours. otherwise, congratulations. have you forgotten about that $20k-a-month earning website? that was no joke.

it's now on Page 3 & 4 on Google for three keywords, and doing better. excellent! (iphone unlock, unlock iphone, jailbreak iphone)

this business, although underrated, produces the greatest ROI. Can you earn $1,000 a month from so-called autopilot adsense sites? That's rare here on DP. Before you reach that amount, you must have spent thousands already. This site may not run for free but it knows how to "compensate" his handler and make him much more happy and satisfied for having it over other types of revenue-generating sites.

avoid going through that "what-if" stage. give it a try and i promise you you won't regret it.
