I'd love to have tech support for some of the tools. We're no allowed to pm or email.

Any thoughts on a "premium" service where we get support, at a cost? I understand time is money....

Have you had questions ignored that were posted here?

Sorry, not going to happen. I don't have time to do phone support or whatever even if it was paid.

What question did you have that was unanswered?

It's not technically unanswered, it's the speed of some responses (hey, im not complaining! It's a free service :)) and some things are sensitive and I'd not want them in the public eye.

I'm not talking phone support, I'd pay money for a pm/email support.

Sorry, just don't have the time (or interest) in offering paid support. Plus the speed wouldn't change anyway.

Great shame, I understand I suppose. You have thousands of users...

One other thing, on the subject of "what questions haven't been answered..."

If you're interested. It was a weight question (and the forum does state moderators don't answers questions posted in that forum - so no beefs there)

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=28406

Following on from that if I take a site in the keyword tracker and manually check it it reports lets say 1,000 pages.

If I remove it and readd it it will report 1,500 pages (For example)

I've got a site growing by thousands of pages dailey. No amount of "check all" or manual checks updates the page numbers, only removing it and readding it.

Don't know if the two things go hand in hand...

Doesn't matter if someone had paid support or not, the specifics of how the weight algorithms work wouldn't be disclosed, so... (that's the reason I don't bother to read the weight question threads)
