API number of pages

    I saw the number of pages substantially drop in the API for one of my sites.

    I expected my weight to drop proportionally, but it hasn't moved.

    It's been days, I've revalidated manually.

    What's occuring? I thought it was pages + pagerank, but the number in the API....

    Ive got exactly the opposite problem - API increased significantly, weight stayed the same. Very confused and no idea!

    Maybe there's not enough unique content on your pages? That for example happens often to amazon or odp clones etc.
