    I recently purchased a directory and I would like some constructive feedback I can use to improve site.

    It ranks well in G & Y for "free web directory"

    Thank you for bringing that situation to my attention. I have been in the directory business for years now and I would be as appalled by that behavior as anyone here.

    If there is anything spammy about this directory I would like to know about it. I will clean it up as best I can. The directory business is simple and I like to run it that way.

    I do not consider myself responsible for someone else's actions but I try to be pro-active and take good care of customers & prospects. I will offer anyone with a believable claim a free listing in my primary directory, www.cannylink.com. I reserve the right to ask for proof although I will honor submission w/o (as long as I do not get flooded with free listing requests).
