I would highly suggest you stop your campaign of slandering CPAlead. You were terminated for a very good reason, and we have ample evidence of this. To all you people backing this person, please look at the evidence.

These are the sort of URLs littering this account that were driving very disgusting keywords. There are over a hundred examples of URLs and keywords similar to this. So to anyone who does not think this clearly violated our TOS, you must just simply have a vendetta against CPAlead.

Again, I highly suggest you remove your Google Ad, or face civil consequences.

You're kidding to behave like that . Since you have agreed with TOS and joined CPAlead , you should read them clearly before making something wrong , then ask why they do that with you lol . You should work hard or find some another CPA instead of doing against CPAlead .

 

If he really was promoting child porn then get a Mod kick him off the forum too and report him to the authorities.

 

We always send all violators of this nature to the authorities. I agree, this person should be booted from DP and forgotten about. To everyone else, I know you have read many horror stories of how we have ripped people off for their earnings, but again, as I've said before. I can personally show evidence of any person we have terminated and we document our reasons and they are all valid. Please understand it seems like a lot of people were ripped off, but also remember we grew to over 120,000 publishers in a short time. When our compliance and security finally caught up with our growth, we caught and terminated a lot of bad guys. We gave many second chances as well. You can never make everyone happy, but try to understand things from our side as well.

I'm from the very beginning told my story how it was with evidence and chat logs. Now you're trying to defend himself... as I already explained this was just automated queries (keywords)/search tags/, not controlled by me. such pages was only due crazy idiots on my site. and I am more than confident you not earned even one penny from such pages. my site had a very quality content with movies, that earned for you all sum. i think since start you checked such pages on my site and found that there was no any videos regarding referal link, so you not banned me on money generating days for you.. but then on pay day you ban me...

I can answer why you not ban them, because other 70 people's from my list will go to this forum and write new 70 posts like "Cpalead scam or how they stole my $xxxxx". but soon your advertisers and top-affiliates will know the truth about you. i do it.

I am not interested in if your pages were auto generated, or how they were generated at all. The fact is, it is against our TOS to have URLs and keywords like the ones you had, driving traffic to our offers. This harms our keyword and referral analytics and advertiser relationships. Simple as that. If you did not have control over your own website, that is your problem. Again, if you do not pull your Google Ad, we will file litigation in your country. This is a fight you will lose, I guarantee it.

If you have found any sites violating our TOS, then please report them to our security team for review. We are not interested in airing out personal grievances or problems you have with other publishers in public. We respect all of our publishers' rights to privacy. So again, if you are truly interested in helping us monitor our compliance, then remove your Google Ad, and talk to our security team.

My security team is not interested in talking with you, while you are committing libel against us publicly and creating Ads on Google. Do I really have to go and quote in our TOS where it says its not okay to have links referring to child porn among other similar style links? We've stated our side of the story, you've stated yours. We will let people decide on what they want to believe. You will no longer get any responses from me or my staff. Google will be removing your ad soon. Hopefully you will get a hobby, other than child porn.

Big scams come to light when people fight against them for a long time... When all the proofs are given , they are making contradictory statements of themselves.

These is turning uglier than it was. To CPALead I suggest take this matter privately with this guy. 12K is not a small sum and he have the rights to speak up generally. His ad on Google is wrong. To raisarus, you can put in your claim against them and you'll never win because their TOS stated they can terminate you with/without any reason - no idea why it was written that way.. As for other sites, you can't speak about them and compare with what happened to your account. It's their business.
