So John, did you guys refund all the advertisers since you didn't pay the affiliate or just pocket that money?
Yea, below quote from your TOS: 6. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either of us at any time and for any reason or for no reason at all. as i said - scam.
I have been working with CPAlead for years, we have never exercised that part of our TOS. You were terminated for breaking our TOS.
sounds like a great business strategy. attract affiliates ---> terminate their accounts ----> pocket their earnings.
For any reason alone makes things sound slightly risky since the reason could be lamest excuse for one ever and in the no GOOD reason at all area.
Jeremy, Our team has reviewed a lot of feedback in regards to account terminations with your network. Can you please explain why it seems that CPALEAD waits until payment day to check traffic/referrals etc. to determine if an affiliate is violating TOS? Obviously, with this issue, traffic was ran for several days prior to the termination...
That is simply not the case when you look at Terminations as a whole. You do not hear from every Publisher terminated from our Network, and we do not allow users to break our TOS until they are eligible for a payment. A lot of Publishers request Early and Very Early payments to get paid earlier than their payment date, before we issue those payments we review the campaigns. Sometimes a Publishers campaign can go under the radar until we actually review them before a pay day, so this is not a case where we are just sitting on TOS violators until they are able to be paid. We get a good amount of EP/VEP requests, a lot of these guys are shady promoters who are trying to cash out fast. If a Publisher is reviewed before payment and are breaking our TOS we will definitely need to act. It may look like we are waiting until the pay days but that is completely false. Some cases do take time to get everything together before a Termination, but for the most part everything is taken care of very swiftly. I understand the frustration in generating revenue in your account and not getting paid because you were breaking our rules and got caught, but what I do not understand is spreading false rumors based on assumptions.
You're welcome. Every single Publisher who is terminated can email to get a detailed description why it happened and what options they have as far as receiving payment/opening a new account. The only people we tend to have problems with are the Publishers who break our TOS and deny it and lie. All they care about is getting their payment, so they will cheat and lie in any way they can to push us into sending out their payments. When this happens we definitely reject them, and their natural instinct has them calling foul and claiming we are a scam. In reality, these people are the scams and end up spreading rumors about us not paying them. Any serious network would never do business with somebody who lies and cheats to get a payment. By choosing not to do business with these kind of clients we do risk them bashing us in the forums, but maybe that is better than supporting them. These fake claims and rumors are not enough. I have faith that if you guys really knew what was going on you would not be sticking up for the people who scam users and only care about getting paid. We are a legitimate network and will continue to be for years to come. Thanks to all who support us, you know we always try and give back to you guys.
I'm tired already read the same thing that you write... But... Why you lie again? My OP still alive on all forums with evidence. As i said you ban me WITHOUT any evidence on pay day. Just want to say, you're unable answer any one question from people on my thread here and in many other forums. I know why - you can't find words to justify John's and your company illegal action against me. Because when you decided to steal my money, you do not think that all would go this far. Now back to my content: You have following notice before creating widget "No monetizing pornographic content.". You have checked my site in august and maybe in other months and you never seen there porno. But when my site was down you ban me only for referring links! Without seeing real content at pay day. Where is logic? Ok, you can say as John that adult words in links still promoting adult... BUT, how you comment Troy post here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1892639#post14697240 (he say - ...adult wording, but the video content was not adult...) Now the major moments: * REMEMBER - My site was shut down on September. * You saw porno content on my site before it was shut down? If you reply "YES" - i will ask - so why you've not ban me immediately? If you reply "NO" - go to next question. * You saw my real videos on site ON pay day? If you reply "YES" - i will ask - how? if my site was shut down 2 months earlier. If you reply "NO" - i will ask - so why you ban me and stole money? Recalling to Troy post above. P.S. to Cpalead: If people here have seen that I trying to deceive everyone and justify myself, my post would not have been so popular and there was no so much criticism to your actions. People see that I'm not lying. I do not cry here and do not beg you to back stolen money, because i'm not going to grovel... I just tell everything as it was
A few of the URLs you promoted our Widget on: watch-all-movies-online.com/Sex-Files-Alien-Erotica-II-Watch-Online-Movie-Free.htm watch-all-movies-online.com/Private-D***s-Men-Exposed-Watch-Online-Movie-Free.html watch-all-movies-online.com/Sexcalibur-Watch-Online-Movie-Free.html watch-all-movies-online.com/Alice-in-Wonderland-An-X-Rated-Musical-Fantasy-Watch-Online-Movie-Free.html Are we really still trying to figure out what kind of content was promoted here? I know you posted this in your original posting, but when you get a large amount of clicks sent to these kind of content pages there must be a reason why.
"reason why" - you are interested on the pay day. when a site makes money for you, you are not interested in it. Thereby you have confirmed that I was banned without evidence (not seeing real content/video) only because of your guesses. You no longer need to say anything...
With affiliate programs it comes down to this. TOS violations or not, did you make money on this affiliate? If so, you should pay him what he is owed when you close his account. This is a completely different story if you refunded those paying you since the traffic is obviously not up to par but we all know you did not do that. I would also wager that he would win in court should he decide to sue you since a TOS violation is not reason enough to steal someones money. If you have not refunded the advertisers that paid you for his efforts then you should pay him off and close out his account. The end.
I told you everything. You not need extra words here to try wash your name. People see all, and they all have different opinions. And the most opinions is not very good about you as you can see it for yourself.. Thank you for participating in my thread.
For the record, when people make money stealing intellectual property from others it doesn't make me sad when they get their money stolen in return.
exactly. Great deal for CPALead. Pocket the money from the advertisers as well as the affiliate earnings.
