doesn't matter cuz they pay you your full balance if you are banned for being inactive. take 3 minutes to apply again and stop dwelling on this

There are many reasons that usjargen would request greater than 30 days, some of which were gone into earlier in the thread. One of the most compelling reasons, of course, is that if the person gets very sick and has to be in the hospital for an extended duration. Another would be if someone goes on an excursion into the wilderness for a month or two (I have several friends who do this every summer) with no Internet access. Troy has responded already, as you'll note if you read back, that under these circumstances they'll take it on a case-by-case basis, which is the best way to do it of course.

No need to get all accusatory at usjargen ("it sound very suspicious").

FYI, it takes longer than 3 minutes to replace a widget with the new publisher ID on 100's of posts and site pages.

Also, I agree with most of the new Cpalead policy changes, but warning emails should be sent out before banning inactive accounts, just so at least people can become active if they plan to be using it soon. They never sent out emails about that video referral thing either.

Maybe we can all chip in and buy Cpalead an account at aweber or something so we can stay informed! lol :)

First why you are always involved in others problems?

People here try to say their problem the cpalead staff and solve their issue. But you are always fond of poking your nose in other matter.

Please keep away from others problems. It will be really bad for you when the same situtations comes again to you. Things will be change in seconds. So please stop poking your nose in others matters

We have all been warned already. TOS and "agree" terms before you create your widget exist for some reason.

When you do something wrong in real life, you dont get warnings.

I'm with CpaLead since 2006. And i can guarantee they are 100% legit and dont need to steal a few bucks to survive. Theyre a huge company, probably the largest one in the business.

The real problem is, fake content is really hurting the industry. Theyre not terminating accounts just cause they like it. Advertisers will remove their offers and legit publishers will loose aswell.

I think all of us, legit publishers, should stand up for cpalead and thank them for what theyre doing. Not come here talkin bs about not being warned. They are doing it for us.

I have been talking with CPALead over the last few days trying to get some answers and they explained their side of the story to me and I can see their point. As it turns out they have pressure on them from a number of directions to clean house. They are enforcing their TOS assertively because they need to. I really don't think that they are thieves. I'm just chalking this all up as a lesson learned.

Wow, it seems like you are trying to keenly advertise your signature in our thread. If you want to pick up the fraud publishers we are getting rid of, feel free. It will come back to bite you in the end.

Also, your 'guaranteed higher EPC's' is comical. You expect publishers to believe that a start up network with nearly zero traffic can get the same payouts, let alone beat a company who controls 80% of the market? Anyone can say anything to get a few publishers, and you guys wont be the first. We also heard you guys invented the Gateway (at least according to your website). I would be careful with the overly boisterous claims. There are legal ramifications to fibbing about these things.

Robert... i have been on cpalead since december 2009, i login it now and it says , We regret to inform you that your CPAlead account has been terminated due to the following reason(s):

    Violation of TOS

If you feel we have wrongfully terminated your account, please contact and be sure to include your publisher ID , i have read the TOS over and over and i do not feel like my account should be terminated for any reason. Well in 16 years on internet i did never be treated as this manner with any affiliate company that i do work for, please verify my account, i can say im very frustated about this treatment as a publisher and i hope is a mistake. Not even a warning is bad, we all make mistakes, but at least i need to know where is that part of the TOS, as i ask always before start a new website, or any marketing.

    Thanks,

Mike ..... Here you have my MSN: , and ID#36433

That's the only reason why people stay with us, is because our EPCs are seriously higher than any of our 10 competitors. They all make claims that they can beat us, but they usually end up failing and not paying their publisher's in the end. I welcome anyone of our publishers to take the risk and share their niche with any of our 10 competitors, but they'll come back. Using our high traffic to leverage the highest paying incentive offers in the industry is why we can always beat the payout of any competitor. If you can find a high performing offer that we don't have, we'll get it with a higher payout.

Seriously higher EPC? Yeah, 2 months ago. The CPALEAD epc has been poor for me since you got rid of the mobile surveys for tv show shows and others.

I'm currently on a 9 cents global EPC. I can get that on any network. And if it doesn't pick up soon I'm definately leaving CPALEAD.

If you spent more time helping people, as opposed to bragging on internet forums, that might change.

Oh look, I've now been banned from the chatroom, like a hundred other people today.

Seems its easier for mods to ban people for "excessive whining" rather than anwsering simple fucking questions. They'd be no excessive whinings if staff gave people a straight anwser, rather than lying and hiding from these questions.

CPALead for mine has been shit ever since Jeremy dissapeared. None of the mods are reachable for conversation. The last time i saw Madison on MSN was a month ago.

I wouldn't speak out and risk being banned from CPALead if this wasn't all true. There are networks that equal CPALead. Your comfort is probably responsible for the sites deteriation recently.

And I think you usually do a good job, so it's a shame seeing you hyping up cpalead when people like myself are now in debt because of your late payments.

Cpalead does control probably more than 80% of the facebook survey business. But they do not allow spammers....!?!

This is what our compliance team found:

    http://payakeyword.com/couple-sex.html

You had it advertised as "Complete this survey to see a couple caught having sex on Google Earth", which is adult content which is against our TOS, and then it turns out to be a baby screaming at the end. Wouldn't you be mad if you completed a survey and saw this?
