I need answers for following matters. Please help me.

1. How can I send W8 form and other form to cpalead. (Do I can fill it in pen and scan it as an image and send by email ?)
2. I'm from an asian country (Srilanka) and how long will it takes to receive me the cheque ?

leader off - of course you can register with us. It does not matter what kind of traffic rank you have, we accept the biggest and the smallest of sites.

kandyan - Complete the W8 tax form and send it in. I am not sure how long it will take for you to receive a cheque since it varies on where you live. However long it currently takes you to get mail from the USA, you could expect the same.

Since there is no CPALead plug-in for Joomla, I put the following code in the head section of the index.php in my template directory.

You just put the article numbers you want the gateway to appear on.

 

The best option for Joomla is putting the code in every article.
If you put it in your head section of the index.php, nobody will be able to see your content content (I'm talking about the frontpage, etc.. It's important that the visitor can see content on the frontpage. Because now you have the gateway also on the frontpage and a visitor will quit your site faster because they can't see the content. *EDIT: Sorry, did not read good. Why using this method, it's more work putting the article numbers in it. I have more than 1000 articles, so if I must do it on your way. It takes months!

Maybe you think it's a lot of work putting the code for every article. But I do it on the easy way. Just create one episode article first, put the code (the video embed & CPALead code) in it. Save the article in the article manager. Use the article copy function. Just change the title/alias and replace the video embed code only.

Or you can use the Joomla plugin "Jumi" WEBSITE
It's easy, install the plugin, create a php file for every gateway, put your CPALead code in it. Upload to your server. And in your articles past the special Jumi code (see Jumi instructions)

Remember, since Joomla Version 1.5.12, Joomla will remove lines from the special javascript file Jason posted at this thread. It's a security issue (maybe Jason can change some things). The normal code from the CPALead website just works fine. Or you must use the Jumi plugin for the special code.

I'm loving the large amount of new surveys that are coming in daily, it is really helping my users who have already done the other surveys.

Guys I find a lot of affiliates using gateway on fake content websites. This might be highly detrimental for conversions in the years to come and CPAlead might lose its reputation.Please find a way to stop this.

 

That particular offer is a free trial once they submit their credit card info. If they continue to use the services of the site they will be billed $14.95 after the trial is over.
