    My guess is that the company is coming down heavy on them to remove the content and bullying like that is one very good reason to leave it up.

    All companies have problems - it's how they address the problem that matters. Bullying a client 3 years later about a problem they had is not the way to go.

    New to site... It is a bit of a jungle to find things...

    I recently won a domain at auction and paid for it. I now see that the seller has not been seen on Digital point since May 2016... Almost a year ago. How do I get the domain pushed to me (preferred) or go about getting a refund?

    I am sure this has been asked before, but in what thread or forum can the answers be found?

    You can contact the seller, but if they don't respond, the easiest thing to do is just start a dispute in PayPal if they don't respond.
