    Add URL to Directories
    Write good articles and send them to article sites
    Write a Press Release
    Exchange links with sites close related to yours
    Request links from high ranking sites on your niche (it worked for me sometimes)
    Buy links if they are worth the money also in traffic
    Try to get your site in Digg.com and similar sites. If people reads it more likely that they link you (but please be below...)
    And the best one: do something good, interesting, and people will naturaly link to you.

    Seriously though the only thing I saw that you missed is to add a blog to the site and actually say something interesting. You can draw people in and blogs are natural link builders.
