I always hate to see this after I have just started advertising on a site. Since I just purchased 6 months of advertising on this site yesterday, please make it into the contract with whoever buys the site that my link must remain in place for that time period. Thanks.

Sunny, there seems to be a lot of what I'd consider probable paid links on the overall site (depending on section). I'd be interested in mystikmedia's question as well (as a possible buyer), since you also didn't add it as the benefit it is to the future buyer, nor as the alternative. The buyer should honor the agreement while you benefit from the payment.

Feel free to PM with the answer if you wish...

Yes, I've sold two Ad locations to mystikmedia recently. And I would definietly return the full amount if the site is sold and the new owner doesn't want to keep the ads on the pages. If the new owner wish to keep ads on the pages I'll pass him/her the Ad revenue.
I am sorry that I didn't add this to the original post.

P.S. : I've got the $400 offer via PM and waiting for more...

What is the trick to not having those buttons disappear without refreshing? :)

Are you refering to buttons on Homepage?
Well, I am using CSS to dynamically change the DIV on mouse over to show the special button effect. CSS is also Search engine friendly. See the source for more detals. :)

Thanks, spdude for your $450 offer. You are currently the highest bidder.

I grabbed it for $450, and payment has been sent. Since I've spent over 15k in big sites this last couple of weeks, I can let this site go for $450 to whomever is interested. Otherwise, I'll just keep it for later. PM me, if interested.
