CJ = BAD BAD service

    Hello,

    I need to say this to my fellow SEO marketers. I have nothing against CJ, i love there publishers and there program but there are many many flaws, let me explain. :eek:

    I earned my first paycheck last november, totaling $450 :D. I was happy about this and was expecting a check and i got confirmation or receiving it. They sent my money as direct deposit and it got rejected by my bank because I entered my credit card number instead of my account number in the settings. Completely my fault and not CJ, which i can accept.

    After they sent me an email and I fixed all the info, i told them they could send the payment now which after 1 week of fixing it, they said it would be sent during the December payment.

    That is also fine with me but here is the actual issue. During the 15 days of having the issue they told me they froze my account which I thought meant that i could not receiving. BUT it means i cannot get ANY commissions!!! Just because i put my wrong info they froze my account and i was still referring people to there publishers. I lost a earning potential of at least $300! As soon as they said they unfroze my account, i saw my earnings go up and i contacted them and said this was ridiculous. They completely ignored my question and said something off subject :(

    So im just letting you guys know, that I love CJ and there publishers but there are many flaws in there customer service.
    Thanks

    I left CJ in 2004. Earlier they had CPC as well, but now i'm not going with them anymore.

    The service is better for those who make them money. It's really a logistics question, many affiliates and few employees.

    I have never had a problem with them. It sounds like they might have figured your account was tampered with or seemed fishy and they'd rather just not deal with you. They have thousands and thousands of affiliates so they would probably only fix your account if you were a big player in the industry. A few hundred dollars doesn't mean squat to them.

    Still sucks though.
