    Hai,

I am willing to register a domain name for a clickbank product. But i am confused in chosing the domain name.
My doubt is that i have searched for the domain name EX: www.yourdomain.com - but it is unavailable but www.your-domain.com is available the www.yourdomain.com will get better serp ranking in google for the main keyword. But www.your-domain.com will still rank higher for the chosen main keyword? Or i shall prefer www.XXXXyourdomain.com ? Which is better to rank higher in google SERP's.

    Thanks in advance...

I don't think it matters all that much - if you are going to do some work on the site and build backlinks to it then any domain will be able to rank and it is probably just down to personal preference . This sort of thing has been discussed recently in this thread:

Whatever your domain is, if it is your unique product and your brand name in your title tag and on your homepage and you do a little backlinking for it you will be able to rank.

I agree that you can rank any domain name for just about any keyword, however, choosing a good domain relevant to what your site is going to be about will rank a lot faster. I've bought domains, not even indexed yet, on the front page of Google the same day I purchased it. These were for competitive keywords.

Your question about which is better "yourdomain.com" versus "your-domain.com", no hyphens in your domain is usually ranks better and looks more professional.

I have a blog that is in the "make money online" niche, extremely competitive and it's on a domain using my own name. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely not have used my name and used a domain name more relevant to "make money online" instead. This is what several seo professionals have told me that I should have done. I guess sometimes I like doing things the HARD way. ;)

Hypen or no hypen does not really matter, if domain is not available as keyword then you can add "STOP" words like the, a , for etc to your domain... so www.thekeyword.com will read as a same way as www.keyword.com by google. Google ignores the "stop" words in domains.
