Can anybdoy recomend a good VPS host?

    I'm not looking for hosting offers (so no replies of offers pleas) I'm looking for people to post their experience with certain VPS hosting companies. Any recomendations? I'm interested in uptime and bandwidth availability primarily as the idea is to run a proxy on it.
