Buying Buying Lots Of Estb.Sites -With/Without Income - Big Budget (Look Inside For Details)

    As the title says i am looking to buy a few websites/blogs which are making revenue and even if those are not making any revenue i would be really interested.

    Terms & Requirements:
    • Looking For Established Sites Only (across all niches - except the ones mentioned below)
    • Traffic -> Should be minimum 500 uniques a day
    • Content -> No scrapping sites, Most content should be manually written and unique.
    • Most traffic should be from Search Engines (ideally 70% and above)
    • NO Warez/Illegal/Adult/Pharma/Drop-shipping/Affiliate Sites/Image-File Hosts/Image Gallery etc.
    • NO Sites made on Dropped Domains/ or recently bought domains etc.
    • Looking For Sites Making income from adsense, other ppc (primary).
    • If your main income is from link sales or direct advertising then dont contact me

    If you got any sites meeting my crieteria, then kindly PM me the url and the traffic and revenue details alongwith the price at which you want to sell your site. Again, i am not a newbie here, and i know how to value a site. Also, please no PM's asking me "if i am interested in buying a certain site or not", i am interested in buying sites and thats why i have started this thread.

    Available Budget : $70k

    Hi Darren,

    Yes you got a nice site.. However, i dont think this site suits my needs. I am mainly looking for sites making revenue from adsense.infolinks.and other similar programs, and not by selling a certain service as is the case with this site. I think you would be better off contacting some web designing firms and offering them this site, you will have a better chance of selling it at a good rate.
