    I'm looking for sites with stable traffic in past year and half (or those with constant positive trend). I prefer quality content, mostly textual. It must have at least 20k indexed pages (google). I'm not interested in large networks of small sites, rather small network of few sites, or one big site. Site must be 2+ years old and have PR5+.

    PR is not most important thing. The most important thing is that site has "tradition" and quality traffic (SE). However if you think that your site is based on original idea I'll take it into consideration. Site MUST prove its value, whether it's current revenue, firm positive revenue or traffic trends (more than year). Please don't bother me with sites that might earn big money in the future without any proof, business plan, or good statistics background.

    get any site with alexa rank 5 million , download alexa toolbar and make your site your homepage .

    tell me what will be the rank of your site in alexa after 1-2 month .
