    Hi all,

Please PM me if you want to sell your established blog-type site which meets ALL of the following requirements:

    • At least 500 Unique Visitors per day, originating from the UK or US (the blog can have say 1,000 uniques per day but at least 500 need to be from UK or US.
    • Majority of traffic is organic (comes from search engines)
    • Not related to adult, spyware, warez & any other typically unwanted type of sites
    • Not banned from any search engines or from Adsense
    • At least 6 months old and can show STEADY traffic
    • Can offer transparent and detailed traffic stats where traffic sources are visible, in order to make sure that no 'traffic inflation' techniques (bots, PPV etc.) have been used.
    • Is not too specific to once niche (i.e. "Wordpress Plugins/Themes" or "Windows 7 News" is too specific, whereas "Tech Gadgets" or "Small Business Advice" is OK.

Anticipating that I will now get hundreds of PM-s, all asking nothing more than "what's your budget" let me make it very clear that I don't have a set budget for this.

If your site is worth $20 then I'll pay you $20, if your site is worth $1,000 then I'll pay you $1,000. If your asking price is over $1,000 then don't bother PMing me unless you have an incredible reputation over there or are willing to use Escrow for the sale (you will cover the Escrow costs).

NB! EACH AND EVERY PM MUST CONTAIN AN ASKING PRICE. PMs THAT DO NOT CONTAIN A PRICE WILL BE IGNORED!

    Thanks!
    Bryan
