Selling Brandable Computer Related Domain (PR3) + Forum (VB) FOR SALE

    I'm looking to sell a forum that I started awhile ago and had planned to grow.. but no longer have the time.

    The domain is related to computers or electronics. The domain is www.discusspc.com. It has PR3 but has several pages (10+) with PR1 and is a pretty brandable, easy to remember domain.

    Most of the posts were paid posters (paid about $0.10 per post) and has 1231 posts, 236 threads, 81 members (37 active).

    I also made a very simple, custom design for the website and is pretty clean looking. It's currently running on 3.8.6 because I like the way it looks more than vB4, but by logging into client area of vB you can download latest version of vb (4.1.4) and get that installed instead for no additional price.

    I haven't put any ads on or anything so it doesn't make any money. And traffic has gone down all the way, hasnt received any visits the past week, before that it had little traffic every day, so basically buyer is buying pretty good brandable and easy to remember domain that's PR3 with quite a few sub pages with PR1, with a vB license and custom forum design, but no traffic.
