For all publishers: Why not offer your website users an incentive as such to visit your advertiser's website? By entering your affiliate links into an application that showed the advertiser ads whilst you were offering the visitor something in return (or the chance to win something), surely your click through rate would increase? I propose a lottery script that gives users the chance to win prizes (that you, the admin define - for example an e-book - low cost), and whilst they await the results of their lottery draw, you show them either pages you are paid to advertise, or links to pages you get paid to advertise - hence a) improving the number of impressions you give, b) attracting more visitors to your website through an incentive of a possible free prize and c) increasing the amount you earn. Funnily enough, I've just written a lottery script (didn't see that comin' did you?!) - and think that it would be a perfect way for you to increase your income.
