Blogging Resource & Theme Site - ROBUST SITE

    BlogTilt - http://www.blogtilt.com
A blogging theme & resource site

    Starting Bid: $800

    Buyout Price: $1875

    What You Get:

    - BlogTilt.com & everything you see on the site
    - CMS powered by Wordpress and vBulletin (integrated flawlessly)
    - Custom eCommerce portal allowing customers to buy themes or content individually or subscribe for recurring income
    - 10 unique themes - some coded/partially coded (a $1,000 value)
    - Ownership of all code (which can easily be packaged and resold as individual plugins)
    - A vBulletin owned license (if you buyout)

    Description:

BlogTilt was created as a full service blogging resource site offering content, a discussion forum, themes, plugins, and resources. This project has been in development for quite some time, and a ton of man hours has been put into it.

This site would be perfect for anyone familiar with blogging for an income and would make a great platform to launch a blogging resource site.

There is a little bit of work left to do on the site to get it to the point I wanted before launch, but it could certainly be launched in its current state.

I will help the buyer learn the CMS and how the site operates as well as put him or her in contact with the programmer that developed the backend.

    Why I'm Selling:

Since this always gets asked, might as well include it up front. I'm selling because over the long development of this project I have lost interest in this project - plain and simple. Blogging isn't as fun to me as it was when I started this project, so now the idea of running it doesn't appeal to me.

    What I've Invested:

I'm only interested in recouping most of my investment in this project (not planning on getting it all back). Just to give you an idea of what I have put into developing this project here is roughly what I've spent:

    - Coding (CMS + themes): $1600
    - Designs (themes): $1000
    - vBulletin License: $160

    If You Buyout!

If you buyout the auction I'll also include:
    - 5 additional themes I've had designed but have not yet been coded.
    - 5 blogging-related posts (those of you who read NetBusinessBlog.com when I owned it, know that my post quality is very high)
    - The vBulletin owned license currently used on the site

    Contact Information:

You can reply here, PM me, or email me at mattcoddington [at] gmail [dot] com. If you'd like to talk over instant messenger, Skype, or phone email me and we will setup a time.

It is a post-dev, pre-launch site. Much of the content is just placeholder excluding the themes. The buyer will have to fill the site with content.
