Hi, White Hat SEO practices is a best way to promote you website in All major search engines. Black Hat SEO - You can get benefits for a time being and if search engine robots caught your website with Black Hat they website will penalize by search engines and your Ranking will disappear. Hi what actually is classed as white hat and black hat these days as it seems google just change the algorithm when they like, they have monopolised the search engine game.

A quick way (not the best) to distinguish these is, what is in accordance with the Google guidelines is White hat and any other methods may be (but not always) considered as black hat. Check the Google help docs for quality guidelines and also as you are new in this field so be careful from the start.
I agree these can often be confused when it comes to google as they are changing their minds about things so fast its really difficult to stay with something that will work now and for the forseeable future as google are changing all the time when they say we need more natural links how many links a day/week that we gain do they see as natural or is it many other factors also?
from my experience black hut SEO doesn't work in the long run. you should focus on learning white SEO and understanding what Google likes.
i totally agree but what actually works nowadays and what doesnt thats the issue here i ust need to come up with a plan that works ie how many links a week,what kind of sites to link to etc so ive got a lot of reading to do lol!
Dont do blackhat now because google panda updated so it will be better if you try get quality backlinks.Because 100 quality backlinks are far better than 1000 low quality backlinks.
