Best website layout to integrate ads - examples?

I'm going to redesign my website and I want to be able to integrate advertisements into my website very nicely. Can someone point out some links to the best integration (not necessarily stealthy) but so that it flows nicely with the layout?

My advice is to change the color of your ads to the colors of your site so they will look as they are a part of the design.

There are lots of ways to place ads like: header, middle, left/right or even between contents/links.

Imo there is no such thing as "best layout"

 

Merge them within the content as much as u can..!! And I don;t think there is a magic layout .
