HOw are CPM ads better than CPC. I'm using AdSense right now. Can i use a CPM ad also?

Personally I would choose CPM networks that are tier 1 as they offer the better CPM rates, the better quality ads, etc. Although saying that, they are harder to get into so this may not be a thing that some people can do.
