in the center of the page, above the fold

user eyes begin in top left corner or middle top, then move to center of browser window.

I use 250x250 in the center

A little off topic but anyway... Just looking at your site and notice that you have underlined text that is not a hyperlink. This drives me nuts! Hyperlinks are underlined, use bold instead.

well you could place it at the bottom of every page or maybe you can use the smaller boxes they off and work them into certain areas of your content this may help to reach a higher click through!

It is not specific to a browser. You can see it on your home page and on the how it works page.

The best place is, where the login box is. Second placement can be in the content text.

What the hell do you know...

    Ad placement is sooooo important.

And yes, there is a formula - Make it so it can't not be seen.

Put it where your "Benefits for all" text is... and also remove the underline of that text... it made me think that its hyperlink... and if thats not hyperlink .. i will not click on "Sign up Now" underlined text... :D
