Buying Article submission service

    No affiliate links please. I want an article submission service(not software) that submits to a lot of article directories that charges like $10-$15 per article.

    Must have features:

    1. Must keep my Author Bio
    2. Must give reports of submissions
    3. Must let me choose from their list of directories which ones I actually want you to submit to on my behalf. I submit to many of the top ones manually because I want my articles in those directories to be under my account.
