I'm am a vB coder and have the system understood well.

My phpBB experience is converting phpbb hacks to vB, the phpbb code is readable and therefore I'd assume I could tweak it. A good phpbb forum I would invest in a vb upgrade for at my expense and keep the offered arrangement possibly.

We will optimize(if necessary), advertise(ppc), and promote the site if we take it on. That will benefit us in the long term and the transfering party for the 6 month period of mutual benefit.

 

Just to clarify, that's 100% of your afflilaite income that you manage with your links in place for six months. Plus 50% of our income disclosed as best we can with screen shots.

You will have to notify paid advertisers to make new arrangements after the six month mutual period and you can keep that income too during the first six months, but this seems an unlikely senario.

 

Since there is probably no upfront cost the seller gets from the buyer or the new owner, is there a minimum commitment / gurantee or a case study that helps people know those 6 month's 50% profit can be worth giving away their website/project ?

That will be left for the prospective transferee to determine. We have already asserted that we will invest a significant amount of time and capital in making the site work for both interests.

However we cannot predict the profitability of a site to guarantee any income.

 

I would like to discuss the particulars of your affiliate program in private first. A 100% sales related site does come with long term associative relationships that we would need to have the ability to maintain in our name for consideration.
