Anybody have this problem with GoDaddy?

I bought a domain name with a website from someone and it is registered at GoGaddy. I use the domain and have it pointed to the server I am using it on and the next thing I know GoDaddy has it parked and is using it for their own purposes.
I try to change it back and GoDaddy will not let me. I try to move it to another registar and they will not let it be moved. Now I am trying to transfer it to another company and I am going on my second day of the transfer and it has still not happened.

I did send in the EPP and the company I am transferring it to said it would only take about three hours for the entire process.

Anyone have any opinions about this?

This domain name appraised out pretty high, which is one of the reasons I bought it. It is registered in my name and has and is paid up and will now have another year paid on it.

I feel like they have hijacked it and are planning on keeping it for themselves and they are NOT the owner.

 

I had a problem like that a few months back. A phone call to support and the help of a senoir tech got it worked out. Somehow a config file was corrupt and the system could not correct it without human help.

 

Finally got this resolved and moved.
