Is there any reliable alternative to paypal through which I can recv. funds and have a low exchange rate ??

I am actually due to recv. certain payments to paypal account, since I don't have a working CC in my paypal it would be waste for me

I had earlier asked in dp about debit cards in India to paypal and got an overwhelming sweet response to all my queries.

Now, my exact status is as below :

    1. I have to recv. funds to my account, most of the payment submitters are using paypal, so I want an alternative service which accepts paypal along with CC

    2. Need, alternative with lower interest rates such as paypal and cheaper/free with-drawl rates either by check or deposit to my debit account

    3. If possible any system to recv. funds to my account which I can push to my debit card

    4. Payments recd. are mostly in small amounts ranging from $1 - $300

I will not be spending any form of cash from this account, its only for recv. payments from others. So, plz suggest me some bright alternative which is friendly and reliable

I used 2co for sending payments over 4yrs ago, when I looked back then, the payment recv. rates were exceptionally high and check conversion was even terrible, I haven't seen the current structure though, as there might be users who use various forms, I would appreciate their feedback

I'm afraid, no. Paypal is an entrenched payment player in the international arena. There's vertically no alternatives at all in the global sense.
