is there any paypal alternative that accepts payments / funding from paypal? i heard of xoom but it seems to be something more like westernunion

what i m looking for is an online account where i accept funds and use the money to buy other services.
reason not using paypal: paypal doesn't support my country

well if you read the Gbuy thread, most probably it's gonna be for US only, or at least in the beta (which stays forever as you know)

I have same problem like you... I am using moneybookers as an alternative to paypal, unfortunately not many people are using it but it's available worldwide.

Well, go to their site (guess they are still in some sort of business).
They only accept money and pay out money on their auction site.
Can not use stormpay to just send and receive money, nor use it on your website to accept money.

Besides, after the crooks took a chunk of change from my account, I would never use them again for any purpose!

I've tried most of them, paypal, moneybookers, stormpay, neteller, and epassporte. They all have their problems, but so far epassporte has been the most stable for me. They offer a virtual and real debit card like paypal does.

Paypal puts a hold on your account when the wind blows, moneybookers limits too many areas, stormpay is caught up with that pyramid scam, neteller isn't bad but more for casinos.

But I agree with some other comments, wait for GBuy - it should be great for webmasters.

Epassporte is OK, their limits and their policies are a bit annoying at times.

No they dont. You have to have a MB account to send Payment.

I think we all should promote MB as it’s available in more counties and people who don’t have luck to use PayPal don’t have some other reliable options.

if the seller protection is most imortant for you do not use systems wich accept Paypal. They will not protect you from Paypal refund! You account will be deducted even you read "no refund" on the systems sites. Try egold.com, it seems "no refund" at all, but "no paypal" too.
