Both Intel and AMD are best at their work. It depends on your requirement and conditions where you are gonna use them. one of the disadvantage of AMD is, it get heated up quick compared to Intel.
In general,Intel is better than AMD.For desktop, you can use AMD.(AMD is easy to get hot. )For laptop, you can use AMD.
Intel is more stable and has a better overall quality and, somehow i find it more productive for heavy tasks
I think the table will turn in less than a month. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2269789
I don't think there is much difference, AMD is cheaper that for sure.. Altough, I used AMD and INTEL, and never had problems with any of them.. not even when overclocking an AMD processor...
amd will perform a high gaming and animation with an a high speed and intel for apps of windows and programming levels get the desktop as which you have to use
Right now i am using Intel processor in laptops, PC even all of my friends, mates, acquaintances using the same. So, in this wise we can conclude that Intel is best and widely recommended than AMD.
Even AMD has the equivalent processors to the Intel processors but Intel one's are widely recommended in many countries.
They're equal, some people says that AMD is hotter than Intel, but I suggest just go for what you like.
