I have give up now i am 100% sure they are big scam they will restricted your account for no reason and eat up all your money. If you submit support ticket they will never answer them. After searching for alertpay scam found millions of thread like this

    Hi everyone
    just to let you know.
    I have a 500€ deposit "pending" for 3 weeks now (05/02).
The money has left my bank account the same day, and never reached my AlertPay account.
And no serious answer from AP/PayZa support (I have to resend papers that I had already sent).
Renewed ticket last week, with no answer at all.
I've never had that before with AlertPay.
Does anyone know the way to get an answer from them?
I do not think of them being a scam, but they should answer.
It is big money for me.

I would say avoid alertpay till they solve their problems, they have no response to their support anymore, so there may be risk of loosing money

FINALLY! After more than 4 weeks,i just received my bank wire withdrawal funds in my bank acc today.

I hope that there wont be anymore delays this long in the future.

Bank wire withdrawal charges are expensive so i hope payza will improve on their bank wire transactions.

It is not true,so you can spread it everywhere....i got my bankwire, every time, when i requisted. They completing your requist in 3-5 days, and the rest is depending on your local bank.

btw...why you use alertpay,if alertpay is a scam?just go and use paypal maffia, they are the biggest scamers on the net.Paypal business practice "account limited" say bye for your money....

@maehahajs:- Have a look at these below..

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

More Details on their official facebook page:- Payza

I don't think people who are posting on facebook are wrong about it.

I am also the victim in this. i am waiting from last 5 days after my bankwire status got completed. I always get my payment on time when it was alertpay but now when it become payza. Problem is starting to become too common now.

First thing there is no support now and when we try to contact them on payza site or call them. they never answer. Look at the screenshots again and go to their facebook page and read what others are saying.

If there will be no support in coming days and we continue to face same problem then my friend we all have to say that payza is scam now. Open up their payza and check that they are damn using cheap SSL.

It's a online payment site we are talking here goddamit payza. Payza is currently insecure to try it.

    I am missing Alertpay now.

i dont know, why peoples can not understand, that transfer of the site like alertpay is not that easy.Alertpay got sold to payza,so they have a lot of work to do now.Just wait few more weeks, and they will start working propertly.(It is just my opinion.)

btw...before 2 weeks i got my money in my local bank.I was forced to wait 2 weeks after completing the transaction on alertpay website, but it was the issue of my local bank.

If that is the case they should at least send update or post in their website, but there is no response from them for support and no one picks phone, thats something not good for any company, even though if they migrating they would want to keep their client happy and offer support

Dude, waiting since Jan, 2012 :| They reply once a month and after that nothing.. How many times should one email them?

I tried calling but they just don't respond...

At least Alertpay replied once a month or twice..Payza no response since day 1.
