thats is fine if the payment is reversed because if that is not unauthorize the buyer will send you back the funds. or contact him

I used AP several times and found them better then Paypal. If the amount have been reversed it would be in senders account so just ask him to send again?

Seems just like you have a grudge against alert pay.

Let me get this straight. You went to the house to the buyer who is very close to you, and he showed you the transactions.
Then why didn't you just ask for your money in cash if you knew him that well. I think you're being unreasonable and making stuff up.

Is really scam you? i use that procesor more 8 months and not see any problems with them at the moment.

Maybe they make mistake with you. If you justified by all the transactions should not have problems.

Sorry to hear that, But Actually AlertPay is way better than PayPal in my own opinion

But you just had a bad luck,

them customer services are so cool, and i believe this is the reason why paypal is acting little better

    Anyway man, Keep it up

AP is VERY good at what they do. PP can be...depends on the day and what they had for breakfast I guess.

I have used Alertpay for many purchases never used it for receiving money, but for purchasing its a perfect choice, in this OP case the problem may be with the buyer

Why not sue them? If they really scammed - which is highly unlikely - then take legal actions. That should teach them and others.

Honestly, you'll never know whether it is in fact fraud funds as it may have been going around not just via your buyer's account but from other accounts as well. Unless your buyer stated that he got those funds directly from his bank account.
