This forum is not related to accidents.

    Consult an attorney

This link looks to have the statute of limitations (the time limit you have to file a lawsuit) for all the states. It is from findlaw, so I would assume it is correct.

    http://injury.findlaw.com/personal-injury/personal-injury-law/personal-injury-law-limitations.html

According to the website it is 3 years in S.C. However, please note that there can often be other limitations. If you are suing a government entity often times you have to give them notice within 6 months or lose your right to sue. I would see a lawyer, you can always contact your state bar for a referral. (Yea, dscurlock was right on that part about seeing a lawyer. What can I say, even a broken clock is right twice a day. :D)

Says who? Why are you being such an ass?

Dedicated to the discussion of legal issues that businesses (or individuals) deal with (including but not limited to trademark, copyright, patent, slander, libel, etc.)

How would those accident forums like it if i went over there and post webmaster stuff on their forums.
If he did his research, he would have found the very same information that you just posted. Did you
know that info because you just happen to live there? or did you look it up for him?

You should go to the forum that directly reflects your problems, better yet, consult an attorney.

Your posts in the section are not only useless, in most cases they contain horrible advice or are just rude. Anybody who listens to any of your legal advice is a fool.

Oh yeah, and what exactly did posting your legal question about a mobile home have to do with the Internet? Don't be such an ass.

He "met with an accident" did he?
Surely there are easier ways to find a lawyer than asking on an internationally focussed internet marketing forum???
