Affiliate Using Adwords with Me?

    If I have an affiliate who also wants to use adwords, and the user is redirected to my site, is this something google can penalize us by? or will they simply not allow him to set up an account?

    It's done all the time and if anyone gets slapped, it will be the affiliate not you
