That's one of the reasons why I uninstall Adbrite codes in my site (read my separate thread). The email response is very slow, or worse, you never get any reply. I not sure how their telephone support is like since I don't feel like making IDD calls. But in your case, $210 is a lot of money and you should try to call them.

I have the feeling that Adbrite is having problem financially. Typical symptom I saw during the dotcom bubble was poor customer service, no response, disfunctional script system. Just like free internet access companies suddenly become unreliable and then gone in a second.

I do hope you get your money back.

I just had that a experience 3 days ago, I called them up and the women did a great job and answered my question and credit my account while I was still on the phone. My advice if the publishers takes more than a week call them up and get your money back asap.

Their customer support is good ... but they have no control over publisher base .. anyway .. I think you ask them to get your money back or u can use it later .. you have login to avnads account ... have a chat with their support..

I asked them to recommend some publisher with good visitor and fast approval process.. they said they can't recomend any publishers.

This is one of the reasons why AdBrite should go contextual.

LOL, since when AdBrite has an "online chat" with the customer rep? Must be a few years ago. Email replies come after like a week, how can they do online chat now?

Go to avnads .. login with your adbrite account information (it will work) ... In avnads go to advertiser section > Billing > View Invoices ..

set select invoice drop down menu to > All Invoices >> Click Display Invoice ...

Here you should see all active (applied) and inactive/cancelled (grey in color) payments they hold ... My one works this way ...

Sorry by chatting I ment .. sending email to them .. they usually reply fast ...

    Hope this helps ...

    Cheers

Adbrite have left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth as of late, and I certainly won't be doing business with them again in the future

I had no problem with adbrites flat rate advertising options but STAY AWAY from the PPC or CPC where click fraud is rampant. My account got charged for 500 clicks in under 24 hours and not a single one requested info, visited more than one page etc.

I got tons of fake clicks to Adbrite, and showed them the proof (it was so easy to see that they were fake). The publisher page was horrible!

If you want to advertise in a trusted site, fine. Advertise on run of site, no.
