Thanks. I sent an email reply every 48 hours until they responded. :D

Of course, its not doing much good yet as all payments are on hold. I will be on my 3rd email about this tomorrow.

If an account gets disabled (banned) then Google is obviously going to keep a record of the site it was on for future reference. Should another Adsense account be used and the site remain with the original owner, then there is a very high chance of them also losing their Adsense account.

The Fact is - Once you are Banned - its just Burning your time to rejoine Adsense - Google dont need to let rejoine any webmaster again becoz they have millions of daily new webmasters... so just try something else and stop thinking about google again.... there is not such case i've seen that One got his account back ( by any way ) once he is Ban.....

Good luck getting your account back. I would try to reapply under an LLC name (business account). Forming an LLC costs around $300 and takes several weeks of paperwork. ALso, have your ISP change your IP address if possible and erase all cookies, cache, and other files. Open a PO box to accept adsense payments and put in a different phone number. Thats all you really can do.

Your payment is on hold because they are still investigating about your site. Once they are clear about in how much to deduct they will reopen it again. So, don't worry to much.
