A Total NewB to the SEO thing. Need some advice to start.

    Hey i got a forum which is about 7 months old. I would like to get more traffic on it. I never done this SEO things before but now i am starting to learn...

    What advice can you give me so i can get in the Search Engines and aswell as get some traffic?

    Which forum software are you using? There are different stuff/plugins available for different forum softwares to make your forum search engine friendly.
    After that it's mostly link building...

    you have a lot to learn! :) write "search engine optimization tutorials" in one of the search engines and u'll get some sweet info.
