I have received an unfair negative on iTrader. I had a link for sale and I was approached by someone interested in purchasing it so I sent him a PM with a price quote, well the next day I changed my mind about the original quote, we hadn't agreed on anything and I'd decided in all fairness my original quote had been too low. The person who had been interested in buying said he wasn't prepared to buy at that price and moreover he said if I didn't give him the link at the previous price he would leave me a negative on iTrader, I didn't agree to sell for the price he wanted so he has left me a negative now, this should not be possible as it's entirely unfair and is bad practice.

Not a whole lot you can do about it. iTrader is unmoderated and once it's given, you're stuck with it with only an 8 hour window to edit or remove it.

Gotta admit that I feel if you're not honoring your quotes, which you admit to, I wouldn't be doing business with you either. There's legal obligations to honoring quotes one gives. You leave yourself open to lawsuits for not doing so.

You advertised a price the moment you sent it to that user, and you tried to pull a bait and switch. The moment you sent them that price privately you committed to that price in the deal. Whether the deal was finalized or not is irrelevant. The iTrader is valid.
