Please can a MOD take a look at the last Itrader I received. Someone just gave me a bad feedback because I didn't want to deal with them, even though I hadn't guaranteed anything to them.

How should I go about getting this feedback removed?

    Cheers.

Mods do not get involved in members' business, nor can we edit iTrader.

How could someone post itrader rating if never deal before. Maybe try PM mod to help if can remove as no deal has occur.

If can't remove, I believe you can report the person for giving you fake itrader.

If no deal had taken place don’t you ban the member that left it?

( If you did not participate in a deal within this exact thread, your account at this forum will be subject to termination.)

    Thanks Brian

Yes, but in his case talks have taken place but the OP didn't complete the deal. That warrants some feedback. If you reserve something and then don't pay for it, its just bad business.

if the situation is that you told him that you will buy his site
so he refuse other buyers offers
    then it is fair itrader
you must be responsible for what you say and think before taking any action specially in sites forum

The thing is it's very hard to prove whether the deal was made or not. Many people deal via PM, especially after the new rules. So, it's impossible for mods to track every sales thread on the forum and therefore we decided to not get involved at all. Also, mods don't have permissions to edit/remove iTrader.

    EDIT// User has been banned.

I think the Admin here should remove the (-1) i-trader. I have an experienced like this on the "Contest" thread. I opened up a Logo Contest and stated on my post all terms of my contest and then one poster there made a logo and I said I didn't like the style of his logo and I suggest to modify it and then he started flaming and cursing me on the thread because of I what I said, He pm'ed me and told me that he will give me a negative i-trader because he spent time and effort on the logo that he made. I replied to him and told him that it is a contest and I'm not forcing anyone to join, I also said that I gave feedback on the logo that he made because I am giving him an opportunity to win. He didn't reply and thanks God he didn't give me a negative i-trader.

this (-1) i-trader can be used by trolls and haters here to revenge on someone especially buyers on BST.

Was he banned for leaving an itrader or for some other reason?
IMO In this particular case, the other party was totally justified in leaving -1 itrader.

We don't share ban reasons with the members, but all I can say is he wasn't banned for leaving that negative iTrader.

We do not ban members on request. And if you took part in any deal with him (regardless of who says someone is a "scammer"), iTraders are valid.

As for not completing a deal re: the OP's issue, that doesn't matter. If a deal was started, and someone pulls out, the other can leave negative iTrader if they're unhappy with the way the deal worked out. It's no different than when we let an auction holder leave negative iTrader if the winner pulls out. Once they win, according to the terms of the original post, they've begun a deal and they can be given negative iTrader if they don't honor it.

we did not really start a deal at all. I mentioned if he could find me some wholesalers which dropship in the UK. He said yes. When it came time to do the deal, he refused to send me the list first, so I said, ok I don't want to deal with you. He then sent me the list, which was unresearched, none of them even supplied to the UK, which was my main requirement!

I don't understand what I did wrong. I'm not going to pay this guy $50 for finding me bad wholesalers (most don't even drop-ship) OR even send to the UK, WHERE I LIVE.

Can a mod saying I deserve the negative feedback please give me an answer to that? You can check all my other feedbacks, I don't have any other negative!

    Cheers.

Mods do not decide whether or not you "deserve" negative feedback. You began engaging in a deal the moment you demanded the list before payment and it was sent to you. He wasn't happy with how it worked out, so he can leave negative feedback. You're not happy with their part in it, so you can leave negative too. It's not going to be reversed.
