Almost every title you have is licensed in the US, and even if none of them were licensed it's still copyright infringement because copyrights are worldwide. Ya, there are a ton of sites which host/stream/whatever content they do not have any rights to for anyone and everyone to get either for free or for a price. But it neither makes it legal nor makes it morally or ethically right. And no, having some sort of disclaimer does not make it in any way, shape or forum legal.
