I'm glad you ask. I like to build websites and then pass them off to someone else to manage. I have far too many above and I have also stretched myself too thin. I am raising money to work on a bigger project.

How much time do I need to dedicate?

Quite honestly, if you were to do some Unique Article Wizard submissions, this should get you enough backlinks.

How long until I start seeing money?

Honestly this is completely up to you. You can put as much or as little time into it as you want. The more you invest obviously the chances of you hitting it big are better. You can always build up the site even more and even flip it for more money.

How long does it take to set up my site?

You should have your site up and running within 24 hours. I will push the domain to you for free in GoDaddy.com. I will also email you a copy of the MySQL database and all the files in one zip file. You will be responsible for setting the files up with your own host.

If you want me to configure your new site with your hosting company, this will be an additional $20 service fee to make sure everything works properly.

Can I use any hosting provider?

Yes, by all means. I don't own a hosting company so there are no hidden fees or charges of any kind. You can host on whoever you choose.

@Jerlene.net None of the sites are directories of any kind. All have 3-4 pages of content written that is unique, original and written by a professional English writer. I also have a spun version of every article on each of the sites. This is perfect for backlinking and submitting different variations of the articles to article directories and Web 2.0 sites like weebly or wordpress. Plug the article into SENuke and let it have a rip.

@reto4455 Quite honestly I'd like to get back what I spent on total development of the site and nothing more. So literally this system is ready to go for the right buyer who recognizes the massive amount of savings in time this provides them.

Total costs:

23 domains = $183.77 (each domain was $7.99 at time of registration through GoDaddy)

67 articles written = $268 (each article cost $3 to write)

50 articles that have been spun = $200 (each spin was $4 to spin) and they haven't been submitted anywhere yet.

Total cost into project: $651.77

I know that seems steep but remember this is the total cost and development for 23 sites and several of them already have backlinks.

Each site has been submitted to several bookmarking sites as well and have about 100 submissions done.

I really would like to give them all to one buyer preferably but will sell individually as well.
