2 Yr. Old Proxy Information Site, great domain, PR1

For sale is randomproxy(dot)com. I have owned this site for about a year now and would like to sell it. I am too busy now doing PPC with my friends over at PPC-Coach.com that I am going to start unloading my Adsense portfolio.

This is a great generic proxy domain, of which there aren't too many left. The domain is aged at 2 years and ripe for making money!

The main page is a PR1 (used to be a PR4). There is a link to proxy topsites which does not work anymore. This was a topsite section that had a PR4 at one time (now is PR2 even broken).

Total Earnings Last Year: $138.97

Adsense earned $102.31 last year (see screenshot).
Text-link-ads earned $36.66 (from August-December)

The domain is registered at Godaddy.

Because it is an AUCTION, not a final price. You see, you can start an auction at whatever you want and decide not to sell if the price does not meet a reserve. Have you ever heard of a reserve? You think people sell stuff on eBay for $.01?

You can't give me a negative iTrader, because you didn't do business with me. Please re-read the original post which clearly says "I reserve the right not to sell if I feel the price is too low." I can't get any more clear than that.
