Contest 2 day logo design for property development - $35 to winner

Hi

Frikusha - "We felt the colour scheme was excellent, but the logo itself is clever, but a bit too sharp. Perhaps the graphic designer could explore different fonts?"
Ashish92 - clever design but not what the cleint is looking for.

Further thoughts fro the client:

1. Ideally, they need to be thinking of brands like, Tony Burch, Milly and Rebecca Minkoff. We’re after minimalist/simplistic logos with the “less is more feel”.(See sample 1 attached)
2. Let’s go with the name Willow Mill. We had an idea for a logo that the graphic designers could try. (see sample 2 attached)

Contest is being extended again and we invite new designs.

like the idea, especially the layout of the wording but not sure about the circle with the slashes in. The idea the client was considering was to try and replicate a willow tree. Good effort though, I'll forward to client

Hi, a new concept that I thought of

 

this contest is still alive. My client is reviewing all the entries once again to see if there is a syitable winner. Thanks for your patience.

 

Ok, I have just heard back from the client who says:

"We have decided that we would like to name the development "Mill Hill Court" and we have learned that the Planning Officer has set a condition that the branding currently on the face of the pub must be retained (see attached image). Therefore the logo should include the words Mill Hill Court" and should incorporate a windmill in the logo, possibly even the same one the building currently features"
