    I am new to this site, i have a doubt , i have seen some green blocks with the member details , what is this green blocks indicates? for some newly joined guys only one block

    That is reputation. People can give you rep for your posts. If you get bad rep then you will eventually get a red block. Then you can get multiple green blocks for a lot of good rep.
