[WTB] I want to buy a cheap VPS

Hi, i want to buy a cheap VPS to understand what its all about then at the start of September i will be wanting to upgrade it to a more powerful one to host around 15 proxies.

Anybody got any deals? I'd like cPanel and will be paying monthly.
