As this is Xen, you will get full RAM.

512 MB RAM is allocated to VPS, and cannot be assigned anywhere else. Thats the advantage of Xen. These VPS are NON-oversold.

 

How much of the CPU is allocated per plan?

 

It varies with each plan and server.

The minimum is VPSIP1 - 700+ MHz
VPSIP2 - 1.3+ GHz
VPSIP3 - 2.4+ GHz
